2. When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as an earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
3. When a computer or communication line, etc., stops due to an accident
4. In other cases where the Union determines that the provision of the Service is difficult

The Union shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Union's liability for default shall be waived unless it is due to the Union's intentional or gross negligence. In addition, the Union's liability shall be limited to the scope of damages that can normally occur, and the Union shall not be liable for any damages arising from special circumstances.

The Union shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes, etc., that arise between the User and other Users or third parties regarding the Service.

Article 5 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

The Union may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User as a result.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms of Service)

The Union may change these Terms at any time without notice to the User if it deems it necessary. The changed terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this website.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Union's head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
