Privacy Policy

Zunda Union (hereinafter referred to as "the Union") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users on this website (hereinafter referred to as "this Site").

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of such information shall not be considered a third party.

  2. When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons
  3. When personal information is jointly used with a specific person, and that fact, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of the joint users, the purposes of use of the users, and the name of the person responsible for the management of the personal information are notified to the individual in advance or are made readily accessible to the individual

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When the Union is requested by an individual to disclose their personal information, the Union will disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if the disclosure falls under any of the following, the Union may not disclose all or part of it, and if a decision is made not to disclose it, the Union will notify the individual to that effect without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each case of disclosure of personal information.

  1. When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
  2. When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Union's business
  3. When it would otherwise violate laws and regulations

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If the user's own personal information held by the Union is incorrect, the user may request the Union to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") the personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Union.
If the Union determines that it is necessary to respond to the request from the user as set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Union will make the Correction, etc., of the personal information without delay.
When the Union has made the Correction, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has made a decision not to make the Correction, etc., the Union will notify the user of this without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If the Union is requested by an individual to suspend the use of or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, the Union will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
If it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Union will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
When the Union has suspended the use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has made a decision not to suspend the use, etc., the Union will notify the user of this without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if there is a large cost for the Suspension of Use, etc., or if it is otherwise difficult to perform the Suspension of Use, etc., and if alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, these alternative measures shall be taken.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for laws and regulations and other matters otherwise stipulated in this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Union, the changed privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
